“My family and I are very excited to be moving to Indiana and starting a new chapter with Superior Ag,” said Richard Lloyd, incoming President and CEO of Superior Ag. “The cooperative system is all about bringing great teams together to best serve our farmers' needs. I am committed to learning all that I can about Superior Ag, our members, and employees as we work together to serve and strengthen the cooperative and surrounding communities.”
Lloyd started in the cooperative system in 2002 as an Account Manager for Agriliance (now Winfield United). Throughout his career, he has worked in customer service, distribution, sales and management. He is passionate about supporting farmers with essential products and services, while strengthening the farmer-owned business.

The Board of Directors and I are excited about his vision for the future of Superior Ag.”
Lloyd currently resides in Fruitland, ID with his wife, Jennifer and their five children. He, and his family, will be moving to Indiana in the coming month and will be joining the Superior Ag team on August 1 to work with Day on his transition prior to retiring on September 1.
